Established by 4 Japanese publishers (Kadokawa Corp., Kodansha Ltd., Shueisha Inc. and Shogakukan Inc.,) and Animate Co.,Ltd.
The main aim is to help promote Japanese anime culture, deal with overseas issues raised such as piracy, act as a base for overseas research and hopefully attract more tourists to visit Japan.

Thai local subsidiary named Animate JMA was established on September 28, 2015. Our first store opened in Bangkok in February 2016.
